• Legal interface to suppliers and internal departments, Contract management
• Claim management - assertion of own claims against contractual partners or defense against third-party claims/
• Support of our project management and other specialist departments in the sense of an in-house service provider (e.g. notices of defects, filing of contract documents, calculation of deadlines, interpretation of contracts, research)
• Processing & review of non-disclosure agreements
• Legal knowledge management, preparation and collection of sample contracts and clauses
• Processing and negotiation of supply and subcontractor agreements
• Assistance in tender management such as review & coordination of pre-contractual customer documents
• Support of the legal department in handling administrative tasks
• Support in real estate matters, corporate law issues, insurance cases
• Supporting in-house training courses
• Supporting other contractual processes and monitoring legal certainty in contractual negotiations

Many of the above tasks have a clear international focus and are to be performed in English.

• Degree in law, law degree from a university of applied sciences or comparable qualification/ or several years of previous relevant experience in a company
• Professional experience in contract management in an internationally oriented company is an advantage
• Business and technical understanding
• Communication skills and strong negotiation skills
• Structured, efficient and result-oriented way of working#
• High level of self-motivation, above-average commitment and willingness to work hard
• Very good MS Office skills
• Solid English skills/Fluent negotiation skills in German
