As a second mill in South Korea, EEW Korea Heavy Pipe Construction (EEW KHPC) was founded in 2015 to satisfy the needs of our customers in the construction industry. With three roll bending machines (3RB and 4RB) handling up to 6.1 m length, combined with extensive welding capacity, EEW KHPC is focused on the production of large dimensioned structural pipes and pipe components. We, EEW KHPC, are also able to produce pre-fabricated pipe components and pin piles for offshore wind industry.
The direct access to the harbor facilities in GwangYang City makes smooth product transportation possible.

Pre-fabrication of pipe components with large dimensions
Flexibility is a major factor for success in today’s quickly-changing market conditions and challenges in pricing. That is why the EEW Group does not just deliver single pipe lengths, but also pre-assembled and ready-to-install pipe components. EEW KHPC is able to manufacture components with
- outside diameters of 1,250 mm (47.2”) up to
6,000 mm (236.2") - wall thicknesses of 30 mm (1.18”) to 150 mm (4.9”)
- a length of up to 100 m (328.1 ft.)
- and a piece weight of up to 600 tonnes (MT).

With the location in Gwangyang City, EEW KHPC is perfectly prepared for the production of structural pipes and pipe components with large dimensions. The direct access to the sea makes smooth loading and transport by ship possible.
