Since the foundation of EEW Special Pipe Constructions GmbH (EEW SPC) in 2008, the EEW Group has contributed significantly to the expansion of the global offshore wind industry. With the production of more than 2,200 monopiles, which serve as foundation piles for offshore wind turbines, EEW SPC, located directly at the port of Rostock, has been more than able to establish its market leadership.

Expansion at Rostock Seaport

We are continuing to drive the energy transition “Made in Rostock” and plan to expand our site at the Port of Rostock. This will secure existing jobs in the region and create numerous new employment opportunities.

XL Monopiles

In the future, offshore wind farms will have to be installed in increasingly deep waters. Today, we manufacture monopiles with diameters of up to 12 m in Rostock with our modern production facilities.

Location

We are located in Rostock on the German Baltic coast. Direct access to the quay enables uncomplicated transport of the monopiles to the wind farm - the destination on the high seas.

Service Port­folio

In addition to our primary steel products, we offer our customers a complete service portfolio consisting of secondary steel, corrosion protection and logistics support including ship loading. We rely on a network of long-standing partners and sub-suppliers.
