Where it all began...
EEW Pipe Production Erndtebrueck (EEW PPE) was founded in the year 1936 and is the head office of the EEW Group. The traditional strength of this production facility is the manufacturing of SAW pipes with outer diameters of 406 mm (16”) to 2,540 mm (100”), wall thickness of 8 mm (0.3”) to 76 mm (3”) and a maximum single length of 13.2 m (43.3 ft.). Two production lines that are equipped with the newest machines - including a 12 m roll bending machine (39.4 ft.) and a 13.2 m bending press (43.3 ft.) - ensure fabrication in accordance with the highest customer requirements.

Key competencies
From classic carbon steel all the way to clad materials
The speciality of our German headquarters mill in Erndtebrück is the unusually wide material portfolio. In addition to pipes from classic carbon steel that are used for conventional jacket constructions, we process high and low alloy steels, duplex and super duplex steels as well as stainless steels and clad materials.
COMPipe - for closer tolerances and less stress
With regard to certain areas of application, the calibration of pipes is not sufficient to fulfil our customers' requirements. This is especially true in cases in which very close tolerances are required and residual stress can lead to problems. In order to fulfil these customer requirements, EEW implements so-called COMPipe Technology.

Flexibility is a major factor in today’s volatile market conditions and challenges with regard to pricing. Our Point-to-Point Construction Service includes the pre-fabrication of ready-to-assemble pipe components. In doing so, we make it possible for our customers to be a step ahead of their competition.
